Pricing for electrical to your space is $125 per table top exhibit. This year we will have the opportunity to purchase up to two (2) guest passes available for Exhibitors and Sponsors. These guest passes may ONLY be used to invite employer clients to attend the CSIA full day conference on May 14th at a reduced rate of $325. They may NOT be used for additional staff from the registered exhibitor or sponsor company. The special rates for the event is $327 plus tax. A limited number of rooms are reserved at this rate. This rate is ONLY available to individuals that are registered conference attendees. SPONSORS: Artwork/Logo/Ad Copy will need to be received by April 21, 2024 in order to be included in the conference app. Exhibitor Cancellation Policy: Your written request for a refund must be received no later than 5:00 PM Monday May 1, 2023. Telephone requests will not be honored. There will be NO REFUNDS FOR NO-SHOWS OR CANCELLATIONS AFTER THAT DATE. Postmark will control. A $50 administration charge will be deducted from any refund.
